Dexto and agents

Work with Dexto and use specialized agents in the contexts that need them.

Dexto is the assistant you talk to throughout the product. It can work across your apps, projects, skills, and connected computers, and it can delegate when a task benefits from specialized help.

An agent profile is the reusable configuration behind that specialized help. It defines an agent’s role, model, skills, and allowed connections.

Agents work autonomously and keep working until they achieve their goal.

Dexto remains the visible assistant in normal chats and app side panels. Agent profiles are used in the product contexts that assign or delegate work to a specialist; they are not selected from the main chat composer.
